Learning is a process only effective when student and instructor work together to achieve a common goal: self-improvement. 

 
In Ecuador, basic education and high school youth and adults with educational underachievement, vocational training and continuing education with and without pre-requisites of education, set a high demand for educational services, around which works PPRC.

Another item of government and private interest comprises the preparation of different types of pedagogical and andragogical mediators, design resources for formal and non-formal learning, educommunicative parts production, monitoring and evaluation of learning.

What makes the difference between our institutional supply and others? We could say that without being the only ones, are a multidisciplinary and intergenerational team of excellence, highly motivated to design systematic, effective and efficient educational programs that focus on integral human learning.

We know that people must want to learn, because nobody learns alien will, or because someone designated to participate in an educational process. Young people and adults need to see and understand comprehensible wholes, having proximity to their interests and expectations.

It is therefore essential to consider in the curriculum of an education or training program, how motivated are students to want to learn, how committed may be to do, how fluid could be your reading comprehension skills and alphanumeric writing, how much autonomy would for self-study, and how might require external support.
