OUR TRAJECTORY

Fundadores CEPP
1979 – 1990
CEPP’s work during its first decade focused on non-formal educational and organizational processes with communities. We carried out studies and developed projects with rural and indigenous communities of the Sierra and peasant organizations of the Ecuadorian coast. We also created a formal education program for the artisan sector.
1991 – 2000
In this decade, CEPP made contributions in the field of public education policies for young people and adults, curriculum design, production of educational resources for literacy, basic education and virtual high school, collaborating with the Ministry of Education.

2001 – 2010
This was a decade of greater specialization in pedagogical and andragogical approaches applied to formal and non-formal educational programs, face-to-face, distance and virtual modalities, focused on personal growth, the development of reading and writing and critical thinking. We worked especially in the preparation of educational facilitators and the production of educommunicative tools.

2011 – 2025

Since 2010, CEPP has been active in education, entrepreneurship and nature conservation issues. In the last decade, we have integrated experiences that make it possible to take advantage of biodiversity and sustainably manage natural resources, strengthening local economies, community development and welfare through entrepreneurship.

In 2015 we created our sister organization in the USA, and have been investing into the promotion of autonomous strategies to keep generating value in our communities. In 2019 we launch the Cepp Startup Program, a one of a kind entrepreneurship initiative from entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Click below to learn more:
